Our onsite appliance ensures rapid recovery in the event of a data loss. Features of RapidRestoreTM include:

  • Backup and restore Windows®, Linux and Mac OSX machines concurrently
  • Continuous protection of desktops, laptops, and servers

Level 2: ServerAliveTM Business Continuity

This allows you continue business as usual while the problem is resolved, or a replacement is found, then migrate right back to the replacement hardware. Features of ServerAliveTM include:

  • Failover a physical or virtual server right to the 365Phoenix appliance in the event of an outage
  • Fail back to the fixed or replacement server
  • Create complete server or desktop disk images to restore to different hardware
  • Customizable disk imaging frequency

Level 3: SmartCloudTM Disaster Recovery

As a final level of protection, every 365Phoenix appliance includes offsite storage of your data and server images. In the event of catastrophic event, SmartCloudTM minimizes the time needed to recover your business operations. Features of SmartCloudTM Disaster Recovery include:

  • "Set and forget" on an automated schedule to send data and appliance settings offsite

  • Protects you from fire, theft, sabotage and natural disasters
