FREE Network Health Check

365 Technologies is offering a FREE, 1-Hour on-site Network Health Check. The Health Check will be performed by a certified network technician, and will include an assessment of:

• Network security practices (Firewall, remote access, security patch status, etc.)
• Hardware status (available disk space, performance, useful life)
• Data Backup management
• Structure cabling testing (sample of lines)
• AntiVirus/AntiSpam management

After the assessment, 365 Technologies will present a summary report, detailing current network health as compared to industry best practices, and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Terms & Conditions of the offer:

• One free Network Health check per calendar year, per company
• If company has multiples sites, a single site must be selected for the Health Check
• Free Health Check offer is restricted to locations in the greater Winnipeg area
• Technician on-site time for the purpose of performing the Network Health Check will be limited to one hour.
• Network Health Checks must be scheduled during regular business hours (Monday-Friday. 8am to 5pm, excluding Manitoba Statutory holidays). Scheduling of the Health Check will be at the discretion of 365 Technologies Inc.
• If the selected site has more than 10 desktops/laptops, a sample of 10 machines will be selected at random by 365 Technologies.
• Free network health check will require access to client's systems & servers, and the installation of network scanning/assessment software. Any installed software will be removed prior to completion of the Health Check.
• 365 Technologies Inc. reserves the right to decline the provision of a Free Network Health Check at its own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

365 TECHNOLOGIES INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES' CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO THE CLIENT FOR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THE 'FREE NETWORK HEALTH CHECK OFFERING' WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SERVICE FEES PAID TO 365 TECHNOLOGIES FOR SUCH SERVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL 365 TECHNOLOGIES OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF 365 TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
