A family-owned independent brokerage, Waggoner Insurance has been in business for over 20 years. With multiple locations and multiple workstations at each, Waggoner Insurance required a support team who could dedicate time and resources to solving their problems when they happened. With busy retail locations and a high volume of daily transactions, system uptime is essential to the staff at Waggoner. Inter-office connectivity, access to Manitoba Public Insurance systems, and client file management all add to the complexity of this environment.
Through their onboarding and discovery process, 365 discovered several issues within the existing network configuration. 365 Technologies addressed these matters in a logical, timely sense to have the least possible impact on day to day operations.
