Thanks to 365 Technologies and their awesome team for strengthening our system and making things a lot smoother for us. We are very happy we made the change over to 365 last year. We now have round the clock help at our fingertips and a few problems we had been living with for years have been resolved. Accessible and prompt service and affordability are often competing needs for small to medium sized non-profits like us. We now have both needs met. The technicians have gone above and beyond, even helping us solve issues that were not always clearly part of the contract. They have put a smile on our faces more than once in regards to their never say never approach. We are grateful for their consistent and prompt follow up and follow through. They have made it their job to keep our service requests on their radar which makes them a valuable asset in regards to our busy operations and management.
