Meet Antoine Reid, Senior Network Administrator

Antoine Reid is one of 365 Technologies’ Senior Network Administrators. He has been a part of the team for three years now, and we’re happy to have him.

In his role, Antoine oversees and maintains critical network infrastructure for several clients. He manages these business systems to ensure their overall health and functionality. He is constantly on the go, visiting clients, and keeping them well-supported.

Prior to working with 365 Technologies, Antoine worked as a Project Analyst. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience with server management, virtualization, and more.

However, Antoine didn’t always work in IT. Before joining the tech sector, he worked for 14 years as a professional chef in western Canada, and even spent a year cooking in Australia. As the oldest of three kids to a single mom, Antoine grew up doing a lot of cooking. When he graduated high school, it just made sense to look for a job in that area.

However, the long hours and hard work of the culinary world eventually prompted Antoine to find something more stable that he could see himself doing for the rest of his life. He had always had a passion for electronics, and so, he pivoted into the IT world and never looked back.

In his time working with IT, Antoine has come to love the task of solving puzzles for clients. He appreciates the fact that every day is a little different—he knows he’ll never get bored doing this kind of work.

In his spare time, Antoine enjoys spending time with and cooking for his family. They visit their cabin whenever possible in order to spend time outside and get away from it all.
