Meet Bryan Suarez, Service Technician
Bryan Suarez is one of 365 Technologies’ Service Technicians, putting him on the front line of client support each and every day. If you’ve ever called in with an IT problem, there’s a good chance that Bryan helped you solve it.
In his daily work, Bryan answers and triages phone calls, resolves service tickets, and visits clients on-site when direct support is needed. Whether during regular business hours or not, Bryan is a committed part of the 365 Technologies service team.
Bryan joined 365 Technologies in 2016 as a Helpdesk Technician. He gained his current title as a part of a company-wide restructuring but still does much of the same work — helping our clients when they need it.
“This is the role I enjoy being in, as one of the frontline technicians that deal with day-to-day client issues,” says Bryan.

“As for why, that’s easy enough — the garlic butter they add to the crust,” says Bryan.
- The best concert Bryan has ever attended is “Weird Al” Yankovic at the MTS Centre in 2010: “His showmanship and costume changes between songs to match the parodies he was doing took things to another level,” says Bryan. “It was so enjoyable I saw him again in 2012, and it was just as great as the first time.”
