Introducing the 365 Promise

365 PROMISE

Why we're committing, in writing, to stay Canadian owned and led

Choosing an IT partner is actually choosing the person who picks up the phone when you call․ The person who knows your systems․ The account manager who remembers your busy season and the project you are planning for next year․ That relationship takes years to build‚ and when it works‚ it's one of the reasons a business runs smoothly․

This is exactly what makes a trend across our industry worth talking about: managed IT companies are being bought up. Independent providers across the prairies and well beyond are being acquired by larger national and international firms, and when that happens, the people and priorities a business originally chose tend to change with the ownership.

We think that is the wrong direction, so today we are introducing the 365 Promise. It is our commitment to stay Canadian owned and led, for the long run, and to put that commitment in writing.

What is happening to local IT

Not long ago, IT was something a business thought about only when something broke. A computer stopped working, someone called for help, the problem got fixed. Today technology sits at the centre of almost everything a business does, which means the relationship with the people who look after it matters more than it ever has.

When a local provider is acquired, it changes the experience for every client. Faces change, decision-making moves further away, and that local, personal touch fades away. Support gets standardized to suit the new parent company, and priorities start to shift toward shareholder returns over service quality.

What the 365 Promise is

The 365 Promise is straightforward: we are committing to stay Canadian owned and led, and we have put that commitment in writing.

Plenty of companies say they are local, but far fewer are willing to guarantee it. Our commitment is now a term in our client agreements, not just a slogan on a website that we could quietly walk back later. If we ever break it, our clients are covered by this clause in their contracts and can leave their agreement without penalty.

The promise, in other words, is not just that we intend to stay independent. It is that our clients never have to take that on faith. Through our commitment and backed by your trust, the best way to grow is together.

Why local ownership matters

When decisions are made locally, they are made by the people who understand the businesses they are made for. We are rooted on the Canadian prairies and are here to stay. We know the pace of business here. We answer to the people we serve, not to distant investors with priorities of their own. We come to know your team, your systems, and the small details that never quite fit inside a support ticket, and that context is what turns ordinary IT support into a genuine partnership.

This is what we have always meant by Worry-Free IT®. It was never only about fixing what breaks. It is the confidence of knowing that someone who understands your business is paying attention, that help is easy to reach, and that the partner looking after your technology this year are the same partners who will be there the next.

Your business is important, but this relationship only works if we also have your trust. We promise to be the partner you need, providing the service you deserve and supporting the communities we call home.

A promise for the long run

The 365 Promise is not a campaign with an end date or a product with a launch. It is a standard we are holding ourselves to, and one we intend to keep holding as technology, and our clients' needs, continue to change.

Businesses will keep facing new tools, new risks, and new expectations, and they will keep needing a partner who can help them make sense of it all. What should not have to change through any of it is who that partner is. A business should be able to build a relationship with its IT team and trust that the relationship will last. That is the whole idea behind this promise.

For us, local is not just where we are. It is who we are, and now it is guaranteed in writing.

The 365 Promise is to provide the service you signed up for. To stay Canadian-owned. No international mergers or investors, and no split priorities. This commitment is a term in your contract, not just words on this page.

If we break that promise, we won't hold you to yours. You trust our quality of service to remain consistent and our priorities to remain local and if they don't, you can walk away. No fees, no penalties.

Your business is important, but this relationship only works if we also have your trust. We promise to be the partner you need, providing the service you deserve, and supporting the communities we call home.
