Scott Tkachuk started at 365 Technologies, Inc., in January 2021 as the Network Administrator, after he graduated from Red River College. Scott enjoys meeting people and solving problems. His duties include supporting service technicians, conducting on-site and onboarding new clients, actioning tickets, and phone support to ensure our clients’ concerns are heard, noted and actioned.
Before the pandemic shutdowns, Scott liked to hang out with his friends, go out for dinner and drinks, and go to the movie theatre with friends and family. He loved visiting the Forks and he cannot wait to do that again.
Scott’s favorite restaurant is Carlos and Murphy’s on Osbourne. He said the food is always great and in healthy portions. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and he has yet to have a bad meal there.
After years of being a fan, Scott and his family finally got to see AC/DC in Minnesota, in 2008. Reflecting on the best concert he attended, Scott said, “It was a long time coming for my family to see them and it was worth the wait. Just so much energy and excitement!”
Scott loves helping our clients. Before leaving a client on-site he will always ask, “Is there anything else I can help with?” He feels people really appreciate that last moment to bring up an issue or a concern. He loves giving people the opportunity to mention anything on their minds and he enjoys accommodating and resolving any issues.
