Steve Carlson recently joined the 365 Technologies team as a Client Success Manager and quickly integrated himself seamlessly into our team.

“I like helping our clients reach their goals by taking the worry of IT off their hands and making it our own, enabling them to focus on creating the best environment for their employees, customers, and other stakeholders,” says Steve.

In his role as a Client Success Manager, Steve ensures that 365 Technologies clients are getting the service quality they expect and deserve. He enjoys this work because he knows our range of cutting-edge technology solutions and expert team members can deliver what our clients need and will further help to improve their businesses.

In this position, his goals are:

  • Ensuring that we are enabling our clients’ businesses with their technology
  • Spearheading strategic technology discussions in our semi-annual technology business reviews (TBRs)
  • Being a single point of contact for our clients and working with other 365 team members to make sure their needs are met

“The key metric that I believe will be best in reflecting my success in my role is our Client Satisfaction score,” says Steve. “It’s our mission to ensure our clients have a robust network and the applications and other collaborative tools in place to support communication and information transfer regardless of where the team members are located.”

Steve looks forward to coming to work on a day-to-day basis, as well as his long-term future at the company. He’s confident that 365 Technologies will help him become an experienced and expert IT professional over the course of his career.

“I am looking forward to growing into an IT professional at 365 Technologies and taking my career to the next level,” says Steve. “I am excited to come into work every day as I know that I am in the right place and in the right role that will allow me to reach my professional and personal goals.”

Before joining the 365 Technologies team, Steve worked in IT with Toshiba Tec Canada Business Solutions. There, he got a strong foundational understanding of what an MSP is and how they support their clients by taking the lead role in their IT infrastructure and network operations.

Steve currently holds a BBA (majoring in International Business & Trade) and is working on an MBA through the University of Frederickton. He plans to focus on IT-related courses to ensure he is equipped with the tools needed to be successful in the next phase of his career with 365 Technologies.

When not at work, Steve enjoys reading articles or watching documentaries on the universe (his first “dream job” was to be an astronaut), technological advances, the current business/political environment, and other global events. He also loves sports and spending time outdoors.

“When I’m not catching up on the latest technology or business news, I am likely watching the game, on the golf course, or getting some sunshine,” says Steve.

We’re so excited to have Steve on the team, and we’re looking forward to seeing how he grows as a member of the 365 Technologies team of Winnipeg IT experts.
